This presentation will discuss the needs during construction installation of MEPFP systems and the utilization of spooling and shop prefabrication during building design. Spooling and prefabrication efforts executed during design development produce accurate project scheduling\, effective MEPFP erection\, and safe installation practices. \n\n	\n\n\n\n			\n	\n	\n		\n	\n				\n					\n	\n	\n\n\n\n			\n	\n	\n		\n	Donnie Lawrence – Senior Project Constructability Lead - Southland Industries - Journeyman Steamfitter local 602\nAs Senior Project Constructability Lead\, Donald Lawrence has extensive experience in federal\, university\, healthcare\, and research facilities. His specific expertise focuses on managing assigned manpower and position resources to complete scheduled work\, managing RFIs and change orders to distribute all information to the team\, working with engineers and project managers on equipment selection\, and schedules\, and providing prefabrication opportunities during design and coordination.
