Early in his career\, he was an electrical installer\, BAS/SCADA/PLC programmer and as held positions including Branch Manager for a Fortune 50 International controls and equipment manufacturer. Russell has been on the regional boards for the Building Cx Association (BCA) since 2009\, and just started his second 3 year term on the International Board of Directors for the BCA. Russell recently changed roles from a Principal at a 3rd Party Cx/Engineering firm where he developed a service line providing Cx support to contractors\, to working for a construction manager/general contractor. He is currently a MEP Sr. Project Director for Clayco\, supporting predominantly Mission Critical builds. In this role he is taking his passion for Cx and mentoring junior level staff to help create the next generation of Cx Providers.
