DESCRIPTION:Join National Capital Chapter’s Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) for a tour of the Amazon HQ2 Metropolitan Park in Arlington\, Virginia on July 27 at 3pm! \nYEA will tour the Public Park\, the Center of Energy (COE)\, the Central Utility Plant\, and the Mechanical Penthouse. The group will be joined by several of the project’s engineering team members to discuss the design\, construction\, commissioning\, and operations of the groundbreaking building. \n \nRegistration is free\, but please RSVP if you plan to attend. \nWe will meet in the public park “Central Green” area at 3pm and the tour will depart at 3:15pm. Parking is available on the street or in the building parking garage.
