ASHRAE National Capital Chapter (NCC)
📅 Submission Deadline: Wednesday, April 1, 2026
📧 Submit applications to the NCC Honors and Awards Chair, Diego Garcia Espinosa, at [email protected].
Applications will be judged at the chapter level. Projects that win in one of the six categories will advance to ASHRAE Region 3.

ASHRAE Region 3
📅 Submission Deadline: May 1, 2026
📧 Submit to Stephanie Mages (RVC CTTC) at [email protected].
Winning projects at the regional level will advance to the ASHRAE Society level.

ASHRAE Society Level
📅 Submission Deadline: June 1, 2026
📧 Submit to Rhiannon Masterson, ASHRAE Society.
Projects will be judged by a Society level committee, and awards will be presented at the following ASHRAE Winter Meeting.

Award Categories
Each year, ASHRAE may present awards in up to six categories (with applicable sub categories):
1. Commercial Buildings (New, Existing, EBCx)
2. Institutional Buildings (New, Existing, EBCx)
3. Health Care Facilities (New, Existing)
4. Industrial Facilities or Processes (New, Existing, EBCx)
5. Public Assembly (New, Existing, EBCx)
6. Residential
